Welcome back from spring break and to the start of the fourth quarter of school! Time is flying by, we’re all making summer plans, and it’s even time to make plans for next year’s PTA budget. Your input is needed so please contact the PTA Board with any ideas or questions, and be sure to come to the April PTA meeting to hear more about next year’s budget plans.
Our PTA is a democracy, and the Executive Board is there to facilitate, not be sole-decision makers. Make sure your voice is heard.
We are so fortunate to have a wonderful Whittier Community. Thank you!
Whittier School PTA Executive Board

Spring has sprung, and who wants to be inside cooking dinner? Now that spring break is behind us, give yourself and your family a back-to-school break from the typical dinner routine. Come out to McDonald’s on Ogden (just east of Fairview) TODAY (Tuesday, April 8) from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and let some of your favorite Whittier administrators, faculty, and staff serve up dinner for you during Whittier’s annual McTeacher Night event! A portion of all purchases during this window of time will go back to Whittier’s PTA.
Don’t have time to stop in? No problem! Drive-thru orders also count. Spread the word to your local family, friends, and neighbors too. The more the merrier at this FUN fundraising event!
See the flyer that went home in backpack folders this week for more information. While it’s not really a Valentine’s Day celebration, do take advantage of this opportunity to show your LOVE for Whittier and its dedicated staff by coming out to McTeacher Night!
