Staff Appreciation Week – THIS WEEK!

Thank you for all the generous donation made to the Room Parents at the beginning of the year for Staff Appreciation Week. We were able to put together this awesome week of showing our Whittier Staff just how amazing they are! Please encourage your kiddos to make a card for their teacher during the week! Thank you to Addie Pampalone and Christie Nutt for all their hard work on this week!

RAFFLE WINNERS ANNOUNCED TODAY!

Thank you for supporting the PTA! Over 600 tickets were purchased! Staff members will pull the names today and winners will be announced!

2nd Grade Brownie Troop Book Drive
The 2nd Grade Brownie Troop understands the power of reading and wishes all children had easy access to books year round.  So they are collecting new or gently used books to donate to Bernie’s Book Bank the first week of May (5/2-6).  Bernie’s Book Bank provides free quality books to under-served children in the Chicagoland area.  Collection tables will be set up outside the Library and the Intermediate Wing.  Please consider donating a book or two and help the girls reach their goal of giving 100 books to children in need!  If you have any questions, please contact Kirsten Clancy at kirstenclancy@yahoo.com.

YEARBOOK ORDERING

While the discount time period has ended, you can still order a yearbook for this school year.  The deadline for personalized pages has passed as well, but you can order a general yearbook.  Cllick on the attachment below for more informationtreering-2-4Download
